I love my Kitchen and Bathroom

we are very pleased with the professionalism of your staff and the absolutely beautiful kitchen! We love it! The Sales guys were a pleasure to work with. They had plenty of helpful tips and great designs. The men who installed our kitchen went beyond our expectations. Nothing negative, a stress free and positive experience. Reliable, trustworthy. Thanks you for making us feel important and all the help with our decision making.

A Nightmare to Deal With!!!

My friend is having a renovation done by them, and it has been a nightmare. Things weren't measured correctly, specified finishes were wrong, fixtures were ordered wrong, and items not ordered at all, holding up the whole job! There were leaks, cracks and mistake after mistake! Just about everything that could have been done wrong was! Something that was supposed to take 2-3 weeks to complete is now more than 4 times over that. The work is sloppy, and has had to be redone, and is proceeding at a snails pace. There are all sorts of charges for extras that should have been included. Unless you want to be aggravated beyond words, do yourself a favor and find another kitchen place! I wouldn't wish this company on anyone!

I think they are great

The service in Cardinal Kitchen was wonderful. The sales guys are great and very helpful; definitely know what they are talking about. I have a typically small Manhattan kitchen, which did nothing for me except make me frustrated b/c nothing fit. The sales guy designed a spacious functional kitchen, which I love. They helped me pick the materials and added great ideas to the design of the kitchen. Thank You
